> WS-Dev Kft. is an independent software company in Budapest, Hungary, founded in 2009. It builds enterprise systems for public administration and for private companies, and is the developer of SchemaVortex, a governed data lakehouse platform.

Its motto since 2009 is "We DO build software". The company's claim is longevity rather than volume: several of its systems went into production and stayed there for a decade or more, long after the projects that paid for them ended.

- Founded in 2009 in Budapest and continuously trading since. The company is not a reseller or an agency; it designed, wrote and deployed the systems below itself.
- Budget: business planning and controlling software for municipally owned companies and theatres, built for the Municipality of Budapest. Rolled out in 2014 and in continuous production ever since. It ran at 22 companies and 12 theatres by 2016, and at 50 organisations today, 15 of them theatres.
- Budget was extended over the years with integrations into the accounting systems the member companies and theatres already operate. Each interface was built separately, as it was needed. That work is complete; the platform remains in production.
- F2: school administration software for kindergartens, schools and dormitories, with an accompanying electronic register. Deployed at around two hundred institutions from 2009 and past 60,000 users by 2011. Retired.
- Contract management and document registry: a system for contract records and for registering incoming and outgoing documents against reference numbers, delivered in 2011.
- Time and attendance: working-time records and attendance reporting, delivered in 2012.
- DocBuilder: a collaborative online document generator and organiser for the expert teams at the Hungarian Education Agency, delivered 2013–2014.
- Fleet tracking: GPS-based fleet tracking systems built to order for the companies operating the vehicles. This work ran from 2009 to 2016.
- Analytical platform: a tailor-made solution, in production since 2017, handling sales, licensing and usage telemetry. It combines in-memory transactional and analytical processing with data transformations, reporting and forensics.
- Forge: a C# obfuscation-as-a-service product, in production since 2021. It has run past 450,000 obfuscations and the count continues to grow.
- Cloud architecture design and review: an advisory engagement for an international partner in the EU, 2022–2023, covering architecture design, continuous review and consulting.
- SchemaVortex: the company's current work, and in production at customers. A governed data lakehouse platform. It ingests, historizes and serves data from ERP, CRM and line-of-business systems inside the customer's own Azure subscription, stores it as open Apache Parquet, and queries it as plain SQL through Azure Synapse serverless SQL views. It has its own site at https://schemavortex.com.
- 2026 marks a new chapter for the company, working alongside FizzCode.
- The company is not currently taking general orders; it operates as an individual contractor practice.
